NOTE: A 50% deposit is required for hand calligraphy services to reserve the time on our work schedule. Computer calligraphy services do not require a deposit.

For Calligraphy - Please Read:

• The minimum charge for any calligraphy job is $25.00. Please see our price list for further information.
• If you choose to provide handwritten information for names, addresses, or other text, all information must be written in both uppercase and lowercase letters (not all UPPERCASE).
• Please see our Address Formatting section for information on preparing your address list.
• We understand that errors in spelling occasionally happen on a client's list, and the client may not be aware of it until after the envelopes or place cards are addressed. Therefore we'll allow up to 3 corrections to be made at no charge after the envelopes have already been addressed. After 3 corrections, the client will be charged for correcting items.
• Errors by PenDance (that are not the fault of the client) will be rewritten at no charge.
• If the client wishes to change the due date to an earlier date after our work schedule is set, and PenDance is able to meet that due date, a rush fee may apply. Since we keep a tight schedule to assist as many brides as possible, PenDance may not always be able accommodate a client who wishes to move up a due date.

• The minimum charge for any engraving order is $25.00. Please see our price list for further information.
• If you choose to provide handwritten information, it must be written in both uppercase and lowercase letters (not all UPPERCASE).
• Unfortunately we are unable to engrave jewelry, antiques, one-of-a-kind items, or family heirlooms. Also, some metals may not be suitable for engraving.
• If you wish to have a wine bottle engraved and you are not in the state of Texas, please check with your local alcohol and beverage authority to determine if your bottle can be shipped to and from Texas.
