Price List - Computer Calligraphy

Policies for Computer Calligraphy Services

• Turn-around time for most jobs is 3-5 business days.
   
• The minimum charge for any computer calligraphy job is $65.
   
• Clients must provide at least 10% extra items, with a minimum of 10 extra items (envelopes, place cards, table sign paper).
   
• After an envelope job is completed and delivered, and you request additional envelopes to be addressed afterward, there will be a $15 set up fee for each additional batch of envelopes to be addressed, even if there is only one envelope in a batch. Therefore, please provide the changes/additions to us all at one time, if possible, rather than a few at a time.
   
• All calligraphy services are subject to sales tax (for Texas residents only).
   
• Clients are responsible for any delivery or shipping charges.
   
• PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer printing on metallic-coated envelopes or papers. We can address metallic envelopes by hand only.

   

Envelope Addressing

Addresses are provided to PenDance in electronic format (Excel preferred).

All envelope addressing will have the text centered on the outer envelope as the default style.

[We are unable to print metallic color inks, but we can print a color that is similar in hue to metallic colors.]

Stuffing, stamping, and sealing invitations **

** Does not include stamps. The client must provide the stamps with the envelopes. Please take a complete invitation set to the post office for weighing to ensure proper postage is provided for both the outer envelope and the response card.

** Does not include assembly, i.e. tying ribbons, gluing items, etc.

** Does not include taking to the post office for hand cancelling.

Place Cards & Escort Cards - Computer calligraphy is only available on PenDance's Crane tent card stock only.

Our tent cards are 2.5" x 5" when folded, and are available in Crane's Fluorescent White, Pearl White, and Ecru.

Names are provided to PenDance in electronic format (Excel preferred).
